Hi! My name is Vianey, and I am a '27 at Dartmouth! I am from Los Angeles, California. I'm a Neuroscience major. 

On campus, I am involved in different clubs and organizations. I am a part of Dartmouth EMS as a tertiary member. I have also participated in Pathways to Medicine and shadowing under the Nathan Smith Society Shadowing Program. I am a part of FUERZA, which is an organization that helps and supports farm workers in the Upper Valley. One of my favorite classes (highly recommend!) was in the LACS department on Migrant Workers this past spring. Most importantly, I spend a lot of time researching on campus. I've been working in a lab at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) since the start of my freshman year under URAD, and I am currently a fellow under the E.E. Just Research Fellowship, conducting research on lupus. I am a part of multiple loving communities like La Casa and Dartmouth Taekwondo. Lastly, volunteering is one of my biggest interests; therefore, I enjoy connecting with different organizations outside of campus that support and help out communities in need. Outside of academics, I enjoy running, hiking, swimming, and painting—and good food! I truly enjoy doing anything that will make me laugh and smile. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
