Hey everyone! My name is Sidney, and I am a '28 from Shepherdstown, West Virginia. I am studying Psychology and Human-Centered Design with the hope of working in pediatrics or orthopedics. I spent my freshman summer in Philadelphia through the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact, working at a non-profit called Safehub. I mentored kids ages 4-18 with the mission of closing the opportunity gap for youth growing up in Kensington by combining the power of sport and holistic development. It was a ton of fun! 

On campus, I'm a new member of the Healthcare Experience Laboratory (HEx Lab), part of Dartmouth EMS, and involved in the Coulter Scholars Program. Throughout my sophomore year, I was part of the Cancer Scholars, Global Health Fellows, and Pathways Scholars programs and would be happy to talk to you all about my experiences! My sophomore summer, I also had the pleasure of being a DREAM mentor and a Camp Kesem counselor, which I hope to remain involved in throughout my Dartmouth career. Outside of academics, I'm on the Men's Rugby Team, am an Intern for the Student Wellness Center, and work at Ledyard Boathouse! In my free time, I enjoy getting off my phone, spending quality time with friends, listening to music, and playing soccer (Go club B!!). I also try not to forget to call my mom :).
