Samuel Braveman ‘27
Biography
Hi everyone! I'm Sam Braveman, a '27 from Columbus, Ohio. I'm studying biology (genomics) modified with computer science with a minor in global health! On campus, I am one of the co-directors for Camp Kesem, a summer camp for children whose parents are affected by cancer, and I do more cancer-related service and advocacy work through the American Cancer Society. I am also a learning fellow for some of the introductory biology classes, a certified NREMT, and have worked as a technician in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Recently, I've been studying brain tumor classifications and development in the Christensen Lab at DHMC. I also like to run, go to the gym, talk sports (big on fantasy football), and I'm a member of Phi Delta Alpha, a social fraternity. Please reach out with any questions, and I'm excited to meet you all!
