Nazarelie Rodriguez ‘26
Biography
My name is Nazarelie Rodriguez, and I am a ‘26. I am from Springfield, Massachusetts, and have lived there all my life! I am Puerto Rican. At Dartmouth, I am a Biology major concentrating in Biochemistry, and a Sociology major modified with Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS). On campus, I have been involved in many different groups and clubs. I was a part of the America Reads program, a member of the Nathan Smith Society, and a former Pathways intern. Through the Nathan Smith Society and interning at Baystate Medical Center, I have had the opportunity to shadow in the ER, the NICU, Pediatric ER, and a Gynecologic Oncologist clinic. During my freshman summer, I interned at Baystate Medical Center again, where I conducted research analysis on drug misuse and treatments in my city. This past summer, I worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Health, gaining both research and clinical experience. Some of my favorite things to do include going for runs, reading, going to the movie theater, spending time with my friends and family, as well as cooking whenever I get the chance! I am so excited for this year and cannot wait to meet you all!
