Hello! My name is Minwoo, and I am a ‘27 from Seoul, South Korea. I am majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Math and Global Health. On campus, I am part of the Gonzalez group in the Chemistry Department, working on research on Metal Organic Cages (MOC). I have shadowing experiences at dental clinics in Hanover, Atlanta, and back home in Seoul. Recently, during my off-term, I worked at the International Vaccine Institute (IVI), where I collaborated with epidemiologists at the St. Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences in Tanzania on a systematic meta-analysis of monkeypox studies in Africa. My hobby is running! I love running the Occom mile or exploring other parts of campus on long runs. Super excited to get to know all of you guys!
