Hi! My name is Axel Abrahamson. I am a '27 from Minneapolis, Minnesota, majoring in Biology and Spanish and minoring in Chemistry. 

On campus, I paddle with the Ledyard Canoe Club, do research in CF microbiology, volunteer in the ER, and am a Cancer Scholar. I am a Bilingual Crisis Counselor for the national Crisis Text Line, and this past summer, I worked on a few clinical trials at Mass General and Harvard Med School regarding Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy. I have received URAD funding multiple times and am a Presidential Scholar. I am currently working towards an Honors Thesis in Biology for my research. I've studied abroad twice with the Madrid FSP and with the Marine Biology Exchange program in Cape Cod. I was recently hired as an MCAT Tutor for Blueprint Test Prep. Outside of academics, I love to whitewater kayak, go to the gym, and watch movies. Looking forward to helping others navigate pre-med at Dartmouth.
