Hi! My name is Ava, and I am a '27 from Saint Paul, Minnesota. I am a biology major and environmental studies minor. 

On campus, I am involved in Club Nordic Skiing, Ledyard Canoe Club, First Year Trips, Outdoor Leadership Experience through DCSI, and Greek life. I did two years of research at Geisel studying neuromuscular diseases, and I currently work as an ophthalmic technician at DHMC, where I've also done clinical shadowing. I am passionate about community engagement, and I am the philanthropy director of my sorority. I have done clinical shadowing at home in Minnesota as well as at DHMC, where I work as an ophthalmic technician. I love spending time outside running, hiking, paddling, and biking. I am so excited to meet everyone!
